HOT TOPIC OF THE MONTH!
Every time you open a paper lately, Vitamin D seems to be cited as a super-vitamin and mentioned with an ever-expanding list of benefits for everything from osteoporosis to immune enhancing properties. I thought it would be good to do a quick list of its properties.

On Friday 12th February, we really excited to announce that Alison Cullen from A Vogel will be in the WGC for FREE Consultations. Please pop in for advice on your health issues. Alison Cullen BA (Hons), DN, DNT (Dist) qualified as a nutritional therapist in 1997 and has a busy practice in Glasgow. She has worked in the health industry since 1987 and currently combines her practice with the role of Education Manager for A.Vogel. Alison lectures, trains and writes extensively on health issues, and is often to be found quoted in health magazines and on health-related websites.
