STRESS, INFERTILITY AND CONCEPTION: HOW TO GET A POSITIVE RESULT
Mind/body programmes can contribute significantly to the ability to conceive – in one study 55% of participants using mind/body techniques became pregnant as compared with 20% of a control group. Other studies show that couples using assisted conception programmes have a 14 - 20% conception rate but that when mind/body therapy is also used, the conception rate rises upto 34%. As well as higher conception rates, mind/body therapy results in decreased levels of depression, anxiety and anger.
The HypnoFertility program helps release conscious and unconscious blocks which may be preventing conception, teaches techniques to decrease stress levels, reduce negative unhelpful thinking and instills a sense a confidence and hope which maximizes successful conception.
