HUSBAND CAN’T KEEP HIS HANDS OFF HER NOW
A HEALTHY lifestyle had failed to curb her weight gain even before Emma Limpus returned from a dream honeymoon two stone heavier than when she left.
The 29-year-old returned home after a month touring Sri Lanka, the Maldives and Dubai with husband Alex to find she weighed in at 15-and-a-half stone.
With a target weight of 12 stone and numerous failed attempts with slimming pills, the odds were against Emma, who lives in Haverhill, achieving her goal.
However, in October she discovered dietary supplement HCA (hydroxycitric acid) and within five weeks had shed two stone in weight.
She explained: "At 6ft tall I have quite a large frame but I have always struggled to keep at a healthy weight, especially in the last two years."
Regular exercise and a healthy diet prior to her June wedding failed to stop the weight increase, which worsened as her and Alex were away eating 'like kings'.
Emma said: "It's not every day you get married I kept telling myself, but by the time we arrived back in the UK I had put on another two stone.
"I now weighed in at 15-and-a-half stone and had crept up to a size 18. I was devastated."

ACUPUNCTURE FOR ANXIETY & DEPRESSION
Acupuncture is not only good for Pain Control but is also used to treat Anxiety, Depression, Addictions including Smoking Cessation and Pregnancy Care.
With current economic factors and stress levels going through the roof acupuncture can be a relaxing stress-free option to address ones imbalances. Depression can occur in older adults, the menopause, in pregnancy and adolescence. These periods in life are related to marked changes in hormonal levels that demand that we adapt to these physical, mental and emotional challenges. Traditional Chinese Medicine recognises that our body and its energy levels are affected by diverse factors that can compromise our immune system, sense of well-being and general health. Factors such as weather conditions, seasonal changes, poor circulation, hereditary factors, as well as, emotional states such as fear, anger, sadness and stress can all play their part in disturbing the flow of energy and leave us feeling depleted and unwell. By maintaining the body's natural balance and promoting a sense of well-being, acupuncture can fine-tune the body so that it functions as effectively as possible.
