This month we have introduced a really exciting, novel concept which is a computer programme which can accurately predict your menstrual cycle for up to 1 year in advance. Starting in February we will be offering a new treatment, Thai Yoga Massage. Christine Kirby from Welwyn Garden City qualified as a practitioner at the British School of Thai Yoga Massage and will be joining our team.
Often referred to as lazy man’s yoga, Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient form of treatment involving acupressure, assisted stretching and applied Hatha yoga postures. It also offers all the mind-soothing and flexibility-enhancing benefits of yoga without the hardwork – all you have to do is lie down and let it happen. I had a treatment today and it was fabulous!!
