It’s as predictable as a plastic reindeer: spending too much money,
visiting families and eating too much!
Its all causes much anxiety!

Here a several ways to help.

Bach Flower Remedies
• Recovery Remedy: 4 drops on your tongue or in your drink will calms you.
• It’s actually the Impatiens in the Recovery Remedy that is soothing. Give it to your spouse and children too.
• Beech is for someone who is too critical and intolerant.
• Agrimony for anxiety that you push down, showing a brave face.
• White Chestnut for that oh so busy mind that won’t let you sleep.
• Vervain for taking on too much, trying to fit too much into one day.

Tissue Salts
• Kali Phos is the natural tranquilliser. It is excellent for your memory too!
• Mag Phos will help you to relax, will ease the tension from your shoulders and neck.
• Start the day with Kali Phos.
• Take 4 pills of each remedy, alternatively through out the day, ending up taking 10 pills for Mag phos in ½ cup of warm/hot water ½ an hour before bed. You’ll have a wonderfully relaxing sleep.
