Paula Werrett (BA Hons DIP ION, MBANT) is a very experienced fully qualified Nutritional Therapist and member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists who trained at
the acclaimed Institute for Optimum Nutrition. She is also a Foresight practitioner specialising in pregnancy and pre-conception care.
Paula works using a detailed questionnaire to determine health issues, nutritional deficiencies and other factors which may be influencing current health status. A personalised nutritional programme is then developed to address specific imbalances and deficiencies. Each client receives a nutrition report including recipes and practical suggestions about what to eat and when.
