In 1996 I qualified in ITEC Holistic Aromatherapy with Simply Herbal College ... and have been working at The Hertford Natural Therapy Centre ever since! I currently see clients at Hertford on Fridays and out of my home in Potters Bar at selected other times. On Wednesdays and Thursdays you can find me working in the Welwyn Garden City shop and I am also able to see clients there on those days too.
Since qualifiying in aromatherapy I have subsequently added reflexology, Daoyin Tao (Chinese Face, Neck & Shoulder Massage) and Hopi Ear Candling to my brochure.
I believe in taking an holistic approach towards my clients - this means that I treat each individual as a whole, taking into consideration their physical, mental and emotional well-being. The aromatherapy oils that I use in my treatments are of the highest quality and I "blend-up" for each person I am seeing (never using pre-blended oils) to meet their requirements on the day.
I guess I specialise in people who are exhausted, stressed, burnt-out or who just need a bit of "me-time", but I welcome the opportunity to discuss any of my treatments, particularly with those clients who may not have had a treatment before and are naturally feeling a little apprehensive.
